Landscape at Saint Martin la Plaine

Here's one I did today. The landscape part is from Google Street View. It's in France. The peasant woman is compliments of my good friend Pissaro. She hails from one of my favorite paintings by him. I do hope he doesn't mind loaning her to me for a short time. Although he might be spinning at his easel with the outcome.

This one was fast and loose. A bit more dark and impressionistic than my normal. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful as always. Do you post the pictures these are based on, I think you did before. It is just a nice contrast.

Oh and if you every decide to give a painting away on a blog to increase awareness I would be the first to blog about your contest. Do you have a web where u sell your art?

This is absolutely stunning. When I first saw it, it reminded me of when I was in Amsterdam at the Von Gogh museum this summer. It must be something about the scraggly trees and the field.

I can't wait to continue to enjoy your paintings. Thank you for sharing your talent with everyone.
