I can't paint Hawaii in the Streetview State Series because they haven't made that state available yet. Don't even know if they've had their cars and cameras there yet. So, I've had to substitute...
Hawaii for DC
Doesn't seem fair now, does it?
Anyway. I've got two more states to go (not counting Hawaii, which I will do after it's available).

You could always hop a plane and do Hawaii in person. It would be nice to see someone beat Google to the punch.
Ah, the Smithsonian Castle! Beautiful, Bill! This will also make all of the DC residents vying for State status happy that they've beaten Hawaii in some arena! : )
