Old Cedar

Back at the state park again today. I've painted this old lakeside cedar tree before. I love trying to capture the shadows and play of light.

    Bare trees with beautiful atmospheric sunlight filtering in. Very nice.

    I like the whole series of recent painting especially this one. Fabulous textures & colours.
